The three-phase monitoring relay DUW-32 monitors the

three-phase mains for the correct phase sequence as

well as for failure of a phase.

The device is supplied by the measuring circuit L1 – L2

– L3 – (N). The output relay is pulled up in normal

operation. The output relay drops out if the phase

sequence is violated, a phase fails or the voltage drops

below 75% of the rated voltage. The error is displayed

by the red LED. In order to bypass brief mains faults,

the off time t2 can be delayed by 0.1 to 10 seconds with

the potentiometer

• Analogue manual mode

The coupling module can be switched over to manual mode. This allows an analogue signal of 0 - 10 V

or 0 - 20 mA to be generated independently of a

controller.

• AUTO-OFF-ON with feedback

The coupling mode can switch to automatic or

manual mode. In automatic mode the contact with

feedback is closed, therefore a logic 1 results on the

controller. Multiple feedbacks can be connected in

series.

• DIN 45 mm housing

The standardised housing enables the coupling

module to be installed by means of a 45 mm cutout

behind the covering, it only requires a width of 17.5

mm for this.

• Analogue manual or emergency operation

The coupling module can switch to manual or

watchdog mode. This allows an analogue signal of

0 - 10 V to be generated independently of a

controller.

• DIN 45 mm housing

The standardised housing enables the coupling

module to be installed by means of a 45 mm cutout behind the covering; it only requires a width of

17.5 mm for this. 

The asymmetrical clock generator ATG-1 contains

1 changeover contact for a load of 16 A / 250 V AC.

The narrow, 17.5-mm DIN housing saves space in the

switching cabinet and has a high switching capacity.

The pulse and pause times can be set differently from

0.1 s to 100 days.

The multiple-voltage power supply facilitates operation with all voltages ranging from 12 V to 240 V AC /

DC

The automatic staircase lighting TLA-1 switches on the lighting for the preset time by pressing a button. Even if the keys are blocked, the device switches off after the set time without being damaged. The lighting time can be set from 0.5 minutes to 10 minutes. It is possible to connect buttons with glow lamps.

Switching on lighting fixtures can result in very high inrush currents.

A closing contact bounces 3-7 times until it closes completely. This creates an arc that can melt the contact surface. If the closed contact cools down, micro-welding can occur (contact sticks).

To avoid contact sticking, relays with a leading tungsten contact are used.

With this switch-on peaks of fluorescent lamps with electronic ballasts and LEDs of 800 A / 200 µs or incandescent lamps of 165 A / max. 20 ms can be switched.

The automatic staircase lighting TLA-4 includes 4 different operating modes, which can be set using the rotary switch on the front.

With functions a, b, the operating time can be repeatedly extended by briefly pressing the control button(s). Each short press multiplies the time set by the potentiometer. The maximum value of the activation time thus extended is a maximum of 30 minutes, regardless of the number of presses.
