Switching on lighting fixtures can result in very high inrush currents.

A closing contact bounces 3-7 times until it closes completely. This creates an arc that can melt the contact surface. If the closed contact cools down, micro-welding can occur (contact sticks).

To avoid contact sticking, relays with a leading tungsten contact are used.

With this switch-on peaks of fluorescent lamps with electronic ballasts and LEDs of 800 A / 200 µs or incandescent lamps of 165 A / max. 20 ms can be switched.

Switching of high inrush peaks

Due to the leading tungsten contact,

inrush peaks of 800 A / 200 µs or

165 A / 20 ms can be switched. The main contact can switch

an output of 4000 VA (16 A / 250 V AC1).

Protection against key blocking

The automatic stairwell light reacts to the

rising edge and is therefore

protected against key blocking.

Connection of glow lamps Glow lamps can be connected

up to a maximum load

Adjustable time delay

The lighting time can be adjusted via the potentiometer from 0.5 minutes to 10 minutes

.

Permanent light The lighting can be switched on or off permanently

with the AUTO / ON / OFF switch

Extremely compact design,

only 17.5 mm wide in the control cabinet.

16 A normally open contact

The output contact can

switch an output of 4000 VA (16 A / 250 V AC1).
