Mechanical THERMASREG® TR 040 / TR 060 temperature or wet room temperature controller with switching output (one-step) and a stainless steel capillary (spiral coil sensor) which operates without external voltage.

The controller is used for monitoring and controlling temperatures in heat generation plants, in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, for ventilation, cooling and climate control in halls, cold storage rooms, greenhouses, nurseries, stables, breeding rooms, as an room thermostat or surface contact thermostat in industrial applications as well as in wet rooms and outdoor areas.

The TKR-2 thermistor/PTC resistor relay serves to

monitor the winding temperature of motors. Thermal

overload may occur owing to mechanical overloading

on the shaft, or when operating with undervoltage.

The coil temperature is recorded via the change in

resistance of the PTC sensors installed in the coils

(PTC resistors) or the position of thermal contacts

relays. The PTC sensor circuit is monitored for wire

breakage and short circuit.

The twilight switch DSE-1 supplied with an light sensor for mounting on the wall.

Via the external control input, the lighting can be suppressed e.g. with a digital timer for a pre-set time.

 Adjustable switching points

The two-point controller is activated by an analogue signal of 0 - 10 V. The switch-on and switchoff point of the controller can be set individually by

the integrated potentiometers.

• AUTO-OFF-ON with feedback

The coupling module can switch to automatic or

manual mode. In automatic mode the contact with

feedback is closed; therefore a logic 1 results on

the controller. Multiple feedbacks can be connected in series.

Lots of useful details: The RB 68 can also be installed in inexpensive standard terminal boxes, which are often used for decentralized measuring points, thanks to the extremely low overall depth of just 60mm. A switching comb for the auxiliary power supply ensures quick and cost-effective assembly. 

The programmable universal transmitter RT 45000 is used to acquire industrial process signals. It converts the measured values ​​from Pt, Ni, KTY or TC sensors, as well as potentiometer, resistance and mV signals at the input into standard signals.

It can be used flexibly thanks to simple programming via USB interface and alternatively calibrated range switching via DIP switches.

The simulation function, which can be activated on the front, simulates a reference signal at the output, with which the complete signal path can be tested and adjusted. With the teach-in function, the measuring range limits can be taught in during operation.

The voltage monitoring relay SUW-14 monitors DC voltages from 6 to 30 V and is used preferably for monitoring battery circuits.

The monitoring of the overvoltage can be set from

18 - 30 V (maximum voltage) and the undervoltage

from 35 – 95 % of the set maximum voltage.

The 1-channel watchdog monitoring module WZR-1

monitors pulsating watchdog signals of controllers such

as a PLC. Both the negative and the positive edges are

monitored. This ensures that the watchdog signal is

evaluated as an error when the contact drops out, sticks

or hangs. The contact of the WZR-1 switches off when

an error is detected.
