Every separately controllable switching circuit is

capable of switching an output of 12 A / 250 V AC.

• Minus activation

For the new generation of controllers with minus

outputs, the A3 and A4 activations are activatable

with a minus.

• AUTO-OFF-ON with feedback

The switching circuit can switch to automatic or

manual mode. In automatic mode the contact with

feedback is closed, therefore a logic 1 results on

the controller. Multiple feedbacks can be connected in series.

• DIN 45 mm housing

The standardised housing enables the coupling

module to be installed by means of a 45 mm cutout behind the covering, it only requires a width of

17.5 mm (8.75 mm per channel) for this.

2-channel digital watchdog coupling module with predefined switching action in the event of a controller failure.

Switching on lighting fixtures can result in very high inrush currents. A closing contact bounces 3-7 times until it closes completely. This creates an arc that can melt the contact surface. If the closed contact cools down, micro-welding can occur (contact sticks).

To avoid contact sticking, relays with a leading tungsten contact are used.

This allows switch-on peaks of 165 A / max. 20 ms for incandescent lamps, or 800 A / max. 200 µs for fluorescent lamps. 

An 8-pin connection comb is available for quick wiring of the negative pole A2.

Switching on lighting fixtures can result in very high inrush currents. A closing contact bounces 3-7 times until it closes completely. This creates an arc that can melt the contact surface. If the closed contact cools down, micro-welding can occur (contact sticks).

To avoid contact sticking, relays with a leading tungsten contact are used.

This allows switch-on peaks of 165 A / max. 20 ms for incandescent lamps, or 800 A / max. 200 µs for fluorescent lamps.

The EPU-41 monitoring relay monitors the voltage level in the 1-phase network for overvoltage and undervoltage, as well as for phase failure. The monitored voltage is also the

power supply for the device. In normal operation, the output relay is picked up. In the event of overvoltage or undervoltage, or if the phase fails, the output relay drops out. The over- or undervoltage is indicated by the red LED. In order to temporarily bridge brief disturbances on the network, the switch-off time t can be delayed from 0 to 10 seconds using the potentiometer.

The EPU-42 monitoring relay monitors the voltage level in the 1-phase network for overvoltage and undervoltage. The monitored voltage is also the power supply for the device. In normal operation, the output relays are switched off. In the event of overvoltage, relay 1 switches on, and in the event of undervoltage, relay 2 switches on. The red and green LED displays clearly indicate the error status. In order to temporarily bridge brief disturbances on the network, the response time t can be delayed from 0 to 10 seconds with the potentiometer.

• 10 V continuous signal

Conversion of the 24 V AC/DC signal into a 10 V DC

continuous signal. The continuous signal can be

loaded with up to 5 mA.

a width of 17.5 mm for this.

The classic industrial relay with an 11-pin socket is increasingly being replaced by the slimmer, small industrial relay. In addition to the size and the lower price, it has the additional advantage that it has 4 changeover contacts. Even the standard version of the small industrial relays includes a mechanical and an optical (LED) switching status display, as well as a protective circuit (freewheeling diode) for DC coils. The integrated, lockable test button enables a system to be tested very easily during commissioning or when servicing is required. In addition to the standard screw base, there are also those with logical separation and bases with spring-loaded terminals to choose from. All sockets can be equipped with additional circuit modules.

The narrow, 17.5-mm DIN housing saves space in the

switching cabinet and has a high switching capacity.

It can be operated with a supply voltage of 230 V AC

or 24 V AC/DC and has a built-in protection diode and

interference suppression capacitor. 

The installation relay ISR1-316 contains 3 changeover

contacts for a 16 A / 250 V AC load.

The installation relay ISR2-216 contains 2 changeover contacts for a load of 16A / 250 V AC, which can be controlled separately.  

The 17.5 mm narrow DIN housing saves space in the control cabinet, so a circuit only needs 8.75 mm.

Each individual relay can be operated separately with the supply voltages 230 V AC and 24 V AC/DC. They have a built-in protection diode and interference suppression capacitor.

The universal isolating amplifier RB 6250 is used for galvanic isolation and conversion of industry standard signals with an inverse characteristic. It can be used flexibly thanks to the simple range switching of the 144 possible signal combinations, the new universal power pack and the compact design. The high level of reliability and safe separation are further features that make the RB 6250 unrivaled.

The desired input and output measuring ranges to which the device is factory-calibrated can be specified with an order code. These can be easily reconfigured at any time using DIP switches. Subsequent readjustment or a measurement path comparison is possible using the zero/span potentiometers on the front.
