The diodes have a forward off-state voltage of
1,000 V and a forward current of max. 1A.
• Different variants
Different variants of the diode modules are produced: Module with individually wirable diodes,
module with common anode or common cathode,
module with group input and group output for
lamp control and group alarm, for example.
• DIN 45 mm housing
The standardised housing enables the diode module to be installed by means of a 45-mm cutout
behind the covering; it only requires a width of
17.5 mm for this.
