The current monitoring relay SIW-25 serves for monitoring the current level in 1-phase AC circuits. It is suitable for:
- remote equipment diagnostics (short-circuit, increased
peak current)
- Priority switching (2 devices may not be active
simultaneously - protection against overload)
- Current flow display (informs which devices are
switched on)
- Switchover of devices
On exceeding the set current level, the relay switches
on after the set delay. The hysteresis comes into effect
when resetting to the normal state.
The advantage of the SIW-25 is that the cable is fed
through underneath the distributor cover.
